Five Star Ford North Richland Hills is seeking a reliable and hardworking Body Shop Detailer to join our team. This position plays a vital role in keeping our body shop running smoothly by assisting with vehicle movement, shop cleanliness, and customer service. Responsibilities:

• Move vehicles in and out of the body shop safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop, including sweeping, trash removal, and general upkeep.
• Wash and detail vehicles before delivery to customers.
• Ensure customer vehicles are parked and staged properly.
• Provide transportation for customers as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Previous experience in an automotive or dealership setting is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Highly professional and dependable
• Safety and customer service oriented
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment
