We are looking for a BSA for our team. This is someone who has a technical background.

Must understand Agile methodology/Scrum

Can write user stories working with a scrum master

Understanding of how to collaborate with a UX team

But not a big deal if they haven't worked with UX before, but a huge plus.

Since this person is working on an external portal- they have to translate look and feel requirements into functional requirements.

Will be working very closely with the business

Dig deep to understand what the business is looking for, what are they trying to accomplish, make suggestions and bring them ideas

Needs someone who can think from a problem solving perspective

Understanding from a functional and technical perspective.

Not someone to just write a BRD, but someone who will deep dive into the requirements

Will be working on the Member Portal which is already designed and the current contractors will roll off and this person has to take on and do enhancements to the portal... (look and feel)

Take a requirement you've written and communicate that to a developer so they understand it.

To be able to communicate about front end and back end. Should have worked on a technical project.

Must be someone who asks questions

Someone that challenges people
