エネルギー関連施設内で図書・図面管理＆庶務業務★
週3日〜5日の時短勤務で働きやすさ◎

◆お仕事内容◆
1. 図書・図面等の管理
・電子（PDF）化、管理システムへの登録、受発信管理等
2. 庶務業務
・タイムカードの管理、タクシーチケットの管理
・事務用品・消耗品等の管理
・入門証・車両通行証に係る諸手続
・請求書の経理部門への支払手続き等

★知識やシステムの使用方法は、入社後にしっかりレクチャー頂けます。
