Established in 1987, Bubba’s Seafood Restaurant has long been a staple of Virginia Beach. We are a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant known for great food, excellent service, and a lively atmosphere. We take pride in creating a welcoming environment for both guests and staff, and we’re looking for dedicated team players to join us!

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year experience working in a high-volume kitchen and is passionate about quality, efficiency, and teamwork. You must be able to handle high pressure moments, execute dishes consistently, and maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Responsibilities:
-Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards

-Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency in a high-volume setting

-Maintain a clean and organized workstation while following all food safety guidelines

-Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service

-Assist with prep work, inventory management, and station setup/breakdown

-Communicate calmly and respectfully with Front of House, and the rest of your team.

Requirements:
-Minimum 1 year of experience as a line cook in a high-volume kitchen

-Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

-Excellent communication and teamwork skills

-Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

-Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
