Salary Range:  $125,000-$155,000 ***This is an estimated salary range. Compensation will be commensurate with experience***

Functional Description: 

• Provides comprehensive budget execution support, financial, accounting, and cost data reporting for ATC&LS Division technical projects and programs. 
• Conducts detailed quantitative analysis of financial data and offers strategic recommendations to project managers to ensure financial accuracy and alignment with project goals. 
• Develops budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with established procedures and regulations while analyzing budgeting and accounting reports to identify trends and potential issues. 
• Utilizes N-ERP to perform financial execution functions and support data calls as needed. 
• Directs and mentor’s junior analysts and conducts training as necessary to enhance their understanding and application of analytical techniques and methodologies.  

Required Experience: 

At least 10 years of combined experience described in the functional description, with at least 3 recent years directly supporting tasking in N-ERP.

Education Requirements: 

• MA/MS degree from an accredited college

Or

• BA/BS degree from an accredited college PLUS four years of additional experience
