At ABML Auto Parts, we take pride in giving used headlights a new lease on life, and our buffing department is crucial to that process. You'll be responsible for bringing clarity and shine back to headlights, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards before being resold.
What You'll Do:
- Carefully prepare and buff used headlights to remove scratches, hazing, and other imperfections.
- Operate various buffing and polishing tools safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring they meet ABML's stringent standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in buffing, polishing, or a similar detail-oriented role is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate!
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working with power tools and machinery.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight as needed.
- Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
