Builder Support

Summary:              

The primary function of this position is to support the transfer case assembly process.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receives direction from team leads on priority units
• Rebuilding planetaries
• Processing oil pumps
• Cleaning magnets
• Learn and perform teardown, inspection, assembly, and final test of transfer case shift motors
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, properly disposing of worn parts
• Other tasks as directed, including cross-training in other areas of the shop

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Basic automotive or mechanical skills
• Familiarity and/or use of power tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to cross-train in other areas of the shop
