Builder Support Representative

The duties of the Builder Support Representative include but are not limited to the following:

• Maintaining builder relationships.
• Assist Sales Managers in any aspect of the daily duties.
• Data entry
• Address issues and provide solutions for customer concerns.
• Maintain all aspects of customer PO’s.
• Make sure all paperwork contains all the necessary information to ensure the POs are delivered on time and complete.
• Make sure all service paperwork contains all the necessary information to ensure that Service tickets can be completed in a timely manner.
• Make sure completed orders stay current and are correct
• Make sure billing is correct and turned in each day
• Make sure all newly released orders are entered into the ERP system each day
• Must know excel, outlook, and can learn PowerPoint.

The Builder Support Representative reports to the following:

• Owner of the Company
• COO of the Company
• President of the Company
• Sales Manager
• Sr. Territory Manager
• Territory Manager
