JOB SUMMARY:
Performs semi skilled work in a variety of areas; grounds keeping; electrical, plumbing, carpentry or refrigeration and heating.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Commercial Driver’s License preferred. Without Class B license, applicant selected is required within six months of date of hire to obtain a CDL.
Restricted use Pesticide Certification;
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification and first aid certification.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/OR EXPERIENCE:
High school education or G.E.D.; six months to twelve monts related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION/OR EXPERIENCE:
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two year-college or technical school; or one year to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
