We are seeking a skilled Building Engineer to maintain and optimize the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems of a commercial property. The ideal candidate will ensure the building operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all regulations.
Pay: $35.00-$40.00/ per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
- Monitor and operate building automation systems (BAS) to maintain optimal performance.
- Respond promptly to service requests and emergency situations.
- Conduct routine inspections and document findings.
- Assist with energy management initiatives and sustainability programs.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and upgrades.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and building codes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.3+ years of experience in building maintenance or engineering.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) and energy management practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
