  • Assist with design, implementation, and upgrades of facility modifications and capital projects.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor building performance and recommend improvements for energy efficiency, cost savings, and sustainability.
  • Support inspections and audits for safety, environmental, and operational compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, inspections, and projects.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in building maintenance or engineering, preferably in high-rise or long-term care settings.
  • Proficient in using Building Management Systems (BMS) for maintenance tracking and system monitoring.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and facility operations.
  • Familiar with relevant codes and safety standards (OSHA, NFPA, EPA, etc.).
