Building Engineer Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Building Engineer Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, repair, and overall operation of a condominium or community's building systems and infrastructure. This individual will be responsible for supervising maintenance personnel, coordinating daily maintenance activities, and ensuring that all building equipment, mechanical systems, and common areas are properly maintained and operating efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and hands-on experience with building maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
