Building Maintenance & Cleaner (Full-Time, Evening Shift)

Pay: $18.00 to $18.50 based on experience

Hours: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (flexible for the right candidate) 

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday or Monday–Friday 

Location: Farmington, NY

Leonard’s Express is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Building Maintenance & Cleaner to keep our facilities clean, safe, and running smoothly. What You’ll Do

• Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash
• Restock supplies (paper products, soap, etc.)
• Clean windows, desks, and baseboards on a routine schedule
• Maintain exterior walkways and grounds, including snow removal and salting
• Set up and break down tables, chairs, and meeting spaces
• Polish floors and perform light building maintenance (e.g., replace bulbs)
• Report major repair needs to your supervisor
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Work independently with minimal supervision

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and good time-management skills
• Positive attitude and solid customer service skills
