POSITION DESCRIPTION: As the key support to our Regional Maintenance Manager, your varied duties include keeping your community operating smoothly and according to safety standards while ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of all service requests and repairs. You will take ownership and manage your expenses effectively and within guidelines, including materials, tool purchasing, and vendor submissions under management supervision. Your role is essential for maintaining our high level of customer service as well as the cleanliness and marketability of the community to renew and secure new leases.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Previous Building Maintenance Management or Supervisor experience required.
Mechanical and Maintenance Experience including Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Preventative
Maintenance, pools and/or construction required.
Weekend availability required.
CPO Preferred.
Experience in managing vendors and working with teams.
Strong computer skills, as well as, written, verbal, and communication skills.
High school diploma required.
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt
Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position: 40 hrs. /wk.
Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday; 7:00a.m. to 3:30p.m. (some schedules may
vary)
Occasional on call weekend and evening work may be required as job duties demand.
Lunch break is 30 minutes daily.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Prolonged periods standing and walking and frequently pulling, pushing, and bending.
Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at times.
COMPENSATION: $30-$34 per hour, PTO, MN Paid Family and Medical leave, benefits eligibility. ONC Stipend, ONC hours and Snow plow After hours paid at time and 1/2.
