Arbors Management currently has an opening for a Building Maintenance Technician located in Weston, WV.  This is a skilled position for a person with basic building maintenance experience.  If you enjoy working with your hands and doing something different everyday, we encourage you to apply.

This is a full-time position working 40+ hours a week.  Some overtime will be required as well as on-call hours for emergency repairs.  Pay starts at $20 per hour and is based on experience. Skills needed to be successful as the Building Maintenance Tech I include:

• Basic plumbing skills (Toilets, drains, hot water tanks)
• Basic electrical skills (switches, fixtures, outlets)
• Interior and exterior painting experience
• Drywall hanging and repair experience
• Custodial skills including mopping, cleaning and trash removal
• Can-do attitude with strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, crawl and otherwise move about
• Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance 
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Understanding of the skills outlined above
• Ability to use a computer and smartphone 
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and background screenings
• Good communication skills
• A GREAT Attitude
