Position Overview:
Arbors Management currently has an opening for a Building Maintenance Technician in Weston, WV. This is a skilled, hands-on role ideal for someone with general maintenance experience who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work.

This is a full-time position working 40+ hours per week, with some overtime and on-call hours required for emergency repairs. Pay Rate starts at $21 per hour and will depend on experience.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

• Basic plumbing (e.g., toilets, drains, hot water tanks) 
• Basic electrical (e.g., switches, fixtures, outlets) 
• Interior and exterior painting 
• Drywall hanging and repairs 
• Custodial work (mopping, cleaning, trash removal) 
• Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude 
• Willingness to learn and take initiative

• 1-2 years of building maintenance experience, preferably in Section 8/affordable housing
• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, crawl, and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted 
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation 
• Basic computer and smartphone skills 
• Must pass pre-employment drug and background screenings 
• A great attitude and strong work ethic
