Key Responsibilities:

  Perform general building maintenance and repairs

  Repair doors, cabinets, hardware, and fixtures

  Complete basic plumbing and electrical repairs

  
  


• 
  

  Troubleshoot maintenance issues

  
  


• 
  

  Use hand and power tools

  
  


• 
  

  Complete work orders and preventative maintenance

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Apartment, property, facility, or building maintenance experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry knowledge

  
  


• 
  

  Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills

  
  


• 
  

  Experience using hand and power tools

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently
