Job Description:
Position: Project Manager (San Francisco)
Location: San Francisco, CA
Experience: 6+ years
Industry: Multifamily, Office, Retail, Industrial, Hotel, Hospitality, Ground-up Construction
Salary: $165,000

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications.
- Prepare and present project status reports.
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven track record in multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hotel, hospitality, and ground-up construction projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
