Salary: $40,000- $53,600/year* + profit sharing + benefits

* Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. As a Building Services Coordinator, you’ll serve the building services team, the broader Ramsey team and our guests with genuine hospitality and a servant-hearted approach. Your work will be vital to creating a welcoming, well-run campus environment that reflects our values and mission.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Complete administrative tasks for the building services team with accuracy and a positive attitude
• Provide excellent lobby coverage by greeting guests, managing the front desk and supporting the coffee shop
• Coordinate meetings, team events, internal communication and project logistics efficiently
• Manage team member moves across campus, ensuring smooth execution and accurate records
• Perform entry-level facilities tasks and inspections to support engineers and campus upkeep
• Support café operations by creating vouchers, stocking inventory and conducting quality checks
