How you will make an impact: 

Working as a Building Services Technician you will make a significant impact by performing a variety of installation and repair activities across multiple skill areas such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning. These special skills ensure that all maintenance functions are conducted efficiently and safely, adhering to the prescribed methods, procedures, and safety standards of Lutheran Life Communities as well as Federal and State regulations. Your expertise ensures the smooth operation of the facility, contributing to a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff.

Schedule: This position is full time, 8am-4pm  with on call availability every other weekend. Holidays are required.

What you will need: 

• Experience working in a healthcare environment preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Maintenance/building services
