Building Superintendent

We are currently accepting applications to fill the following three (3) building superintendent positions.

1. Traveling Superintendent for out of state projects.


2. Commercial/Tilt Superintendent


3. Finish Superintendent (Churches/Finish Spaces)

As a Building Superintendent you’ll manage all aspects of the project onsite including Subcontractors, Suppliers, as well as Conewago Self-Performing Crews!

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in commercial construction.


• Strong leadership skills including ability to manage self-perform crews.


• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.


• Ability to keep project on time and within budget.


• Willingness to travel out of town to various jobsites.
