Bulk Plant Operator

The Bulk Plant Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery to customers. The Operator identifies opportunities to improve service delivery and is responsible for operating the bulk plant, mixing the product, and transferring product. The Operator ensures compliance with governmental regulations and industry standards, and reduces environmental impacts through observing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies. Together, we create amazing technology that unlocks access to energy for the benefit of all.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.\n * Blend and mix bulk products for delivery to the wellsite, on time, according to the job program design.\n * Check and/or calculate quantities of material blends required prior to loading.\n * Follow Product Line (PL) quality assurance procedures to ensure proper loading.\n * Coordinate movement of bulk products to and from locations with the PSD and Logistics Team.\n * Assist in conducting monthly inventory and daily paperwork completion for goods received and shipped.\n * Label and store additives in a safe manner and ensure the disposal of empty drums and pails.\n * Maintain bulk plant equipment by performing a daily check while ensuring the bulk plant is kept clean.\n * Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.\n * Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.\n\n\n\nMinimum Job Requirements:\n\n * High School Diploma\n * 1 year Bulk Plant operations\n * Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite of Products\n * Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.\n * Candidate must be able to communicate verbally and written in English\n\n\n
