Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Burn Table Operator for a Tulsa-based fabrication shop. This role involves setting up and operating gas burn tables with Burny 10 controls to cut steel up to 5 inches thick. The Burn Table Operator must maintain precision, follow strict safety standards, and deliver consistent, high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate gas burn tables using Burny 10 CNC controls.
• Cut steel plates and components up to 5 inches thick per specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to meet cutting requirements.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of proven experience as a Burn Table Operator.
• Hands-on experience with Burny 10 controls (required).
• Ability to cut steel up to 5 inches thick.
• Strong fabrication and material-handling knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and safety.
• Reliable and punctual with strong teamwork skills.
