Bus Person

As a Bus Person, you play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience for our guests by assisting servers and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. You will be responsible for clearing tables, resetting them promptly, assisting with refilling drinks, and supporting the front-of-house team to keep the restaurant clean and organized. Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables efficiently after guests have finished dining.
• Reset tables with fresh linens, silverware, and glassware in preparation for new guests.
• Assist servers by refilling water glasses and delivering food or beverages when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including floors, chairs, and condiment stations.
• Dispose of trash and keep the service stations stocked and tidy.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Follow health and safety standards to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while paying attention to detail.
• Strong physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry items during shifts.
• Good communication skills and a cooperative team-player attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
