Bus Person

Assist restaurant staff in clearing and setting tables, taking, and delivering beverage orders to guests. Ensure that cleanliness of the restaurant is maintained. Perform all duties in accordance with Company policies and procedures. 

•  Ensure tables and seating areas are properly cleaned and set up for incoming guests.
•  Assist guests by taking their beverage orders accurately and delivering back to guests in a timely manner.
•  Clear dishes from tables.
•  Refill guest beverages as needed or requested.
•  Clear and sanitize tables and seating areas when guests have completed their meal, sweep and mop as needed.
•  Assist Food Servers with food delivery to guests when needed.
•  Take dirty dishes to the proper area for pickup by Back of House employees.
•  Assist with menu and condiment sanitation.
•  Assist servers with rolling silverware as needed.
•  Performs additional duties as requested by management.
