- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel,
Outlook, Word, and other Microsoft products
- Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of experience in business administration, finance, or related field
- Knowledge of grants or Federal funding and the grant application process
- Excellent research, writing, and customer service skills
