As a Business Analysis Associate II in the Payments Strategic Project Office (POSO) team, you will support the delivery of AI centric solutions to enable our Operations teams to execute at infinite scalability, in a globally consistent and secure manner. You will be operating in a high performing, innovative environment with opportunities for visibility and growth.

Job responsibilities
  • Support the execution and delivery of a multi-year, strategic automation agenda across Payment Operations
  • Interact within a highly visible program to our senior stakeholders and key partners across Operations, Technology and Data Science
  • Assist in delivering a focus on digitalization, machine learning and technical innovation
  • Create/maintain project plans/status, lead stakeholder meetings, drive accountability, track actions
  • Collaborate with key partners across global Technology, Operations and Data Science teams
  • Escalate issues and document "path to green" strategies
  • Generate regular Project Status updates; meeting minutes, scorecard maintenance and actions
  • Create executive summaries/scorecards for distribution to key stakeholders and senior sponsors
  • Organize program team meetings to review tasks, deliverables and program status
  • Demonstrate data analytical skills to identify/rationalize new opportunities, measure progress/success of inflight initiatives

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
  • Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Extensive project management or related experience (3+ years).
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, etc.), Business Objects, and SharePoint.
  • Skilled in organizing and analyzing data sets.
  • Adept at creating executive presentations and key messages.
  • Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and influencing teams in a cross-functional, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
