What is this position supporting: This is a BSA position supporting the MC/PTS and hWP migrations for Connex that will support clients in Debit - Those clients include USAA, bank, Client and 3000+ plus client on the Data Navigator platform.

Must have qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems. 3+years of business analysis experience.
• Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external customers.
• Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles.
• General business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills.
• Experience in banking or financial services industry is an advantage.
• Organizational and time management skills required (ability to juggle multiple priorities at a time).

• Knowledge of client ' products and services.
• Experience writing test plans and test cases.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll act as the voice of the customer to ensure that our teams continue to deliver more best-in-breed products that advance the way we pay, bank, and invest. You'll work as part of a team in a scrum setting and must be a self- motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker.

About the team:
DataNavigator is the back-office transaction management component of the client Enterprise Payments platform, aggregating data from all the disparate acquisition channels and processing systems. As part of the central payments engine in a hub and spoke architecture, DataNavigator is a dynamic product that supports banks, processors, issuers, acquirers, and retail lines of business globally to obtain a real-time enterprise-wide view of all transactions and consumer interactions flowing through the system. This endless stream of information must be stored, aggregated, and analyzed. DataNavigator optimizes the Transaction Research, Exception Management, ATM Management, Settlement and Reporting functions in one central location. The team will be managing the work for DataNavigator applications.

What you will be doing:
• Formulating and defining system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
• Analyzing business and user needs, documenting requirements, and translating into proper system requirement specifications.
• Analyzing marketplace, industry, company, technology trends and best practices, vendor products and services, etc.
• Analyzing and documenting business processes and metrics and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Re-engineering processes to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency.
• Identifying and documenting how applications and systems interact to support business processes.
• Assessing, applying, and projecting the impact of system changes on users and internal and external clients or stakeholders.
• Training internal employees or external clients on changes, new systems, or new procedures.
• Other related duties assigned as needed.
