Business Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Product Department. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of proven experience in a similar role. The resource will play a key part in supporting product planning, requirement gathering, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document detailed business and product requirements
  

• Translate business needs into functional specifications for the dev team
  

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers
  

• Facilitate UAT and ensure delivered features meet defined goals
  

• Support roadmap planning and ongoing backlog grooming
