Job Purpose

The Business Analyst will support the architecture, planning, and implementation of Oracle Retail MOM & RTG solutions focused on pricing, sales, and inventory. This role works with technical and business stakeholders to guide platforms toward future-state objectives while ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with architects to support solution design for Oracle MOM and RTG modules including RPM, ReSA, RMS, and RIB.
• Support future-state roadmap planning for sales and inventory platforms.
• Build strong relationships with technical leadership and contribute to decision-making around system adoption and delivery.
• Help identify areas of technical debt, evaluate remediation strategies, and fold solutions into roadmap planning.
• Monitor industry trends and evolving technologies to support system capability enhancements.
• Assist in designing scalable solutions that can support rapid global growth.
• Work cross-functionally to support multi-domain projects and architectural initiatives.
• Ensure business and technical needs are incorporated into end-to-end system solutions.
• Review solution designs to validate adherence to architectural standards.
• Contribute to defining architectural approaches, documenting strategies, and supporting project scoping and estimation.
• Assist in developing architecture documentation and roadmaps using tools such as Microsoft Visio, Oracle SQL Developer, TOAD, and JIRA.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of deep experience working with Oracle technologies across RMS, RPM, ReSA, RIB, and RSE.
• 4+ years of experience integrating packaged applications through message-based, service-based, or batch frameworks.
• Experience with AWS or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure preferred.
• Understanding of microservices and service-oriented architectures in global environments.
• Oracle performance tuning knowledge is a plus.
