We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and a deep understanding of the real estate industry. They will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance our overall business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements

- Develop and implement solutions to streamline and optimize business processes

- Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the success of implemented solutions

- Conduct market research and provide insights to support strategic decision-making

- Create and maintain detailed project plans and timelines

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the real estate industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven experience in project management and working with cross-functional teams

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
