Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement

- Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations and increase efficiency

- Collaborate with management team to understand business needs and goals

- Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus
