The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:\n\n$58,100.00 - $87,100.00\n\nPurpose Statement: Business Analysts provide Customer Service Excellence by helping customers implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way, determining the requirements of a project or program, communicating them clearly to stakeholders and solutions development, and helping end users test and deploy the solutions.\n\nKey Job Accountabilities:\n\n * Work with business partners to elicit high-level requirements and business needs, followed by articulating those into documented business requirements and demands. Assist with prioritization exercises by providing cost and effort estimation/analysis. Manage the priority of demands to map them appropriately into a process focused functionality roadmap.\n * Contribute as a global team member as part of the overall application delivery process. Represent customers by collaborating with all IT Teams (e.g. Infrastructure, Development, Support) to ensure that business requirements are understood and that solutions meet expectations.\n * Understand business processes and systems for assigned customer areas and act as a liaison for the customer area between IT, product teams, and the customer.\n * Manage and successfully deliver low to moderate complexity efforts.\n * All GT team members are responsible for upholding the organization\u0027s cybersecurity posture by adhering to security policies and procedures, actively participating in training, protecting data and systems, actively identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities, and promptly reporting any suspicious activity or potential security incidents.\n\n\n\nEducation/Experience Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s Degree with 1 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.\n * ECBA certification achieved or expected within role\n * Agile and Lean Six Sigma certifications are desirable\n * Experience in computing systems or IT support is highly desirable\n\n\n\nOther Qualifications:\n\n * Critical thinking\n * Analytical ability\n * Ability to negotiate\n * Ability to facilitate meetings\n * Collaboration\n * Continuous learning\n * Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)\n\n\n\nPhysical Requirements:\n\n * Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level.
