5 years of relevant experience 
Basic project management skills and understanding of project management lifecycle 
Strong background in Health Plans / Payer business technology operations 
Health Plans / Payers experience with requirement gathering, defining and documenting user requirements 
Preferred Skills: AIX, Analysis, Analyst, Business Analyst, Business Requirements, COBOL.
