You will work closely with various departments, including finance, sales, and marketing, to gather and analyze data, develop insights, and provide recommendations for business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization

- Participate in project planning and management to ensure successful implementation of initiatives

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, Tableau, and SQL

- Knowledge of real estate industry and market trends is a plus

- Project management experience is a plus

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to continuously learn and improve
