Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to improve our business processes and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement

- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key business metrics and performance indicators

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and requirements

- Conduct research and market analysis to identify potential growth opportunities

- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and written reports

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions for business challenges

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI

- Knowledge of SQL and database management

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Real estate industry experience is a plus
