Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement

- Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze data to identify trends and patterns

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide insights to management

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize workflows

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities

- Monitor industry trends and provide recommendations to stay ahead of the competition

- Communicate findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

- Assist in the development and implementation of new business strategies and initiatives

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy of all reports and analysis

- Participate in team meetings and provide input on ways to improve business processes and operations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
