Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the real estate industry

- Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner

- Proven track record of successfully driving business growth through data-driven insights and recommendations

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
