Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of business operations, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization

- Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making

- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other tools to track key performance indicators and provide regular updates to management

- Participate in cross-functional projects to support the implementation of new processes, systems, and initiatives

- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify potential opportunities and threats to the business

- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

- Continuously review and improve business processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analysis role, preferably in the real estate industry

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively

- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or Power BI

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

- Knowledge of real estate industry trends and practices is an asset
