Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with a focus on process improvement and data analysis. The Business Analyst will play a critical role in identifying and implementing solutions that will drive our business forward and improve overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and develop solutions to streamline operations

- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making and drive business growth

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations

- Identify and document business requirements, and work with IT and other departments to ensure successful implementation of new processes and systems

- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify potential business opportunities

- Assist in the development and implementation of new business strategies and initiatives

- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks or issues

- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management, to ensure alignment and understanding of business goals and initiatives

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
