BUSINESS ANALYST

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, data analysis, and project management. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets

- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders

- Identify and resolve issues and roadblocks to ensure project success

- Perform data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends and patterns

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators

- Participate in the testing and implementation of new systems and processes

- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

- Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL or Tableau is a plus

- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Automotive industry experience is preferred but not required
