Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to identify business opportunities and make strategic recommendations to improve our operations and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources to support business decisions

- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and identify areas for improvement

- Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key findings and insights

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into functional requirements

- Participate in the development and implementation of new business processes and systems

- Identify and troubleshoot issues with data quality, accuracy, and completeness

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our business processes and operations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI

- Experience with process mapping and business process improvement methodologies

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
