Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team at SIKKY Manufacturing. The Business Analyst will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting data to identify business trends and opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify business trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.

- Develop and maintain business dashboards and reports to provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.

- Conduct research and market analysis to identify potential business opportunities and make recommendations for new product development.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Participate in the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives.

- Assist in the preparation of business plans, budgets, and forecasts.

- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
