Job Description:

As a Business Analyst at SIKKY Manufacturing, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth and success. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and profitability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, develop reports, and make strategic recommendations to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct research and gather data to identify areas for improvement in business processes

- Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making

- Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators and business metrics

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions

- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

- Assist in the development and implementation of new business strategies

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats

- Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

- Participate in project planning and management to ensure timely and successful completion

- Stay updated on industry best practices and make recommendations for adoption

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large amounts of data

- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in project management and process improvement

- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
