Job Summary:

As a Business Analyst at SIKKY Manufacturing, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends, develop insights, and provide recommendations to support business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions that drive growth and efficiency. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers the opportunity for career growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape

- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and track performance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop strategies to drive growth and efficiency

- Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders

- Identify process improvement opportunities and work with teams to implement solutions

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement

- Assist in the development and implementation of business plans and strategies

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform business decisions

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

- 2+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and develop insights

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques

- Knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects

- Automotive industry experience is a plus
