Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to increase efficiency and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in business processes

- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and profitability

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, and identify key insights and trends

- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and make data-driven recommendations

- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders

- Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure successful implementation of process improvements

- Continuously monitor and evaluate processes to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improve processes

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar role

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
