Contract Details:

This is a full-time, permanent position with SIKKY Manufacturing. The successful candidate will be expected to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, at our headquarters in Houston, Texas.

Job Summary:

As a Business Analyst at SIKKY Manufacturing, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our company. You will be responsible for analyzing business operations, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to increase efficiency and profitability. You will work closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, and production, to gather data and provide insights that will drive decision-making and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement

- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement

- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices

- Develop and maintain documentation of business processes, procedures, and workflows

- Participate in project planning and implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives

- Communicate analysis findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization

- Assist in the development of business plans and budgets

- Support the development and implementation of new systems and processes

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

- 3+ years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive industry

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Knowledge of business process modeling and improvement methodologies

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, is a plus

- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus
