Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's success by analyzing data and providing valuable insights to inform decision-making and improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement

- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to communicate key insights to stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations

- Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business initiatives

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategy

- Assist in the development and implementation of new business processes and systems

- Communicate complex data and analysis in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and data analytics

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field

- 2-3 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau

- Experience with ERP systems and database management

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow

- Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
