Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations and a keen understanding of data analysis. They will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure timely delivery

- Create and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity

- Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations for optimization

- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented solutions

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and strategies

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role

- Proven experience with data analysis and reporting

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools

- Knowledge of construction industry is a plus
