Position Overview:

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating our business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with our management team to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize business operations and increase profitability

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, and present findings to management

- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented solutions

- Identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities for the business

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide visibility into business performance

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business processes

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus

- Experience in the contracting industry is preferred
